September 1, 2009 To whom it may concern: I had the pleasure of getting to know Brad over the past year as he participated in the Business Performance Group’s 12 month sales training. The program combines workshop training and weekly one on one coaching. Each month we focus on different principles, in fact we teach over 120 different sales principles. Sales people in our program increase their sales, on average, by 252%. I am pleased to report that Brad exceeded this average. As Brad’s sales coach, I have seen first hand Brad’s ability to learn and implement new concepts as we tracked his sales increase. Brad completed our program and has learned and knows the principles required to be a top producer. Brad excelled to the point of winning salesman of the month seven times among his peers of 35 salesmen. Brad showed he has a good attitude about change and thinking outside the box. The result of his willingness to learn and apply the things taught in the program helped Brad increase his sales by 544% over his average finishing the program with $1,794,611 in total sales. I would gladly recommend Brad for any job in which he has the experience and qualification.
