    Role synopsis The LNG Tank and J etty Team Leader is to lead the team to deliver theTangguh Expansion Project LNG Storage and Offloading facilitycomprising: 1.4 km long jetty and LNG ship berth; 170,000 m3 Full Containment LNG Tank; BOG Compression Facility and Flare; Main LNG plant flare;

    200,000 bbl Condensate Tank and offloading facility.The role may initially be based in the facility design office providing anopportunity for input into construction philosophy and planning beforemobilising to site

    Monitor the quantitative and qualitative result that is to be achieved.Provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadershipListens constructively to the team membership regarding the results thatthe team is charged with delivering. Ensure that the contractors are delivering in compliance with thecontracts. Participate in strategic planning for the assets. Build a high performing team by coaching and mentoring teammembers toward increasing their competency levels;

    Develop programs geared towards grooming young engineers to befuture discipline engineering leads
