Academic- In my first semester of my studies I have decided to take the class Offshore Engineering practice, which focuses on the drilling practices in the oil industry. I choose to take the class as I was interested in expanding my knowledge of the Energy Industry.

What was the situation, which value did you demonstrate, how did you demonstrate this value and why it wasimportant for you/others to demonstrate it?One team- In one of my previous job as a cleaner, I was promoted to supervisor due to my hardworking and consistency level. In my first month review, I managed to achieve a 98% score in the .. I believe I managed to achieve such positive score due to my good leadership and teamwork skills. Having taken part in many group projects at university, I knew that to get a good job done I needed to make sure thatthere was a high morale andcohesionin the group. Previous supervisors would just sit and have a tea and go about their business whilethe cleaners did the work, in the other hand I helped them and made sure I was involved in the work as they were. By engaging in the work not only WE achieved to get more work done on the day, but Icreated a better group cohesion. This was also reflected in the attendance time and time-keeping of workforce, as they were less under pressure and the work environment was friendlier.
