Thank for your inquiry on this very special motorhome I am offering for sale. I spent over 30 years in the RV industry designing and perfecting coaches....I created this coach as my final retirement coach and made it as perfect as a coach could be. It is refined and perfected using my years of experience and all my industry contacts. Over 80 shop hours alone were spent in minute detail refinements too numerous to list - rattles, sealing etc. Once you read this extensive build list you will see that this is a one-of-a-kind coach for a uniquely discriminating owner. It has a total of 7,000, 2,000 of which are factory delivery miles. We had it professionally decommissioned to store and put it in a friends heated warehouse for total protection, removing it once a year to drive a few miles and have it serviced. It is an absolutely brand new coach. We recorded our cost of every custom option listed below in great detail. They total over $29,000.00.

The coach is a 2007 Bounder 32W at 33'. I completed the coach and took it to one show and trip but I have had health problems that prevent driving.

Again there is over 80 hours in professional shop time doing refinements and adjustments to make this coach perfect. Plus you are getting accessory equipment, camping memberships and products worth over $2,000.00 and our wholesale Camping World Dealer account so you can purchase anything at dealer cost.

If you total all the options and custom costs you are getting about $35,000.00 in extra value.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Bounder 32W has been the number one selling floor plan of any coach ever built. It packs in 76" lay-down couch, full-size 100% leather Euro reclining chair with side table, full dinette and generous kitchen, full queen size bed (60"x80"), 10 drawer dresser, double door wardrobe, separate toilet room, dedicated office/computer work desk and more storage than coaches much larger.

In an easily manageable size it is so well designed many people full time in the 32W..and being rated as a 32' it will be OK in the many parks and national campgrounds that have a 32' limit.

FACTORY BUILD

I followed this coach through every step of factory construction. It has extra insulation added every where possible, hundreds of construction refinements I directed and an extra coat of Clear Coat to make is shine like a diamond. This coach is as quiet and well insulated as one can be made.

CHASSIS

I chose Ford 460 Gas chassis knowing of the Workhorse chassis demise and the ability to tune the Ford chassis into a fine driving coach.

Bilstein Shocks: Chassis builders use the same shocks for coaches of many different sizes. This does not allow for the best performance and ride quality. I had my friends at Bilstein build a custom set of shocks based on this coaches GVW and wheel base. I was especially interested in ride quality and handling and this made a tremendous difference.

Chassis manufacturers do a rough alignment before the coach box is installed. This can change radically as the coach is assembled. Improper alignment wears tires and makes them "Goosey" to drive. I had a precision chassis shop do a full chassis alignment

Sound Insulation: I located the sound deadening and insulating material used by our space program called X-49. The engine "Dog House" area and front hood has been fully insulated - makes a huge sound reduction for a gas coach where you sit over the engine....HUGE difference!!

Because tire inflation is critical I installed a full set of Wheel Master extensions so you don't have to remove wheel covers to check pressure

The tires used on this coach are premium Goodyear G670 Regroovable - good for over 80,000 miles. Nitrogen filled so you won't have to keep checking the pressure.

Levelers: Power Gear Electric Automatic leveling - none of the headaches of hydraulic. Push one button and the coach is level.

Rear Rock Guard: Best in the industry is the Ultra-Guard Presidente Excel. This is the OEM guard for $300,000 plus coaches - not a ineffective standard guard. It is frame mounted not body mounted so it won't damage the body. It is the best protection for your tow car and the rear of the RV

Headlights: Piaa halogen X-Treme White upgrade. Doubles the light output from 50w rated to 100Watts.

Air Horns: WOLO under hood mounted air/electric

EXTERIOR

Front Mask Invisible (Bra) X-Pel is 50% thicker than other brands. Lifetime warranty. Covers entire front cap. I also had it put on lower entry door to protect from scuffs. This cost a bit more but it is the finest in the industry and won't ever yellow or crack

Outside rearview mirrors: Velvac Tri-View. This upgrade has two convex high visibility mirrors and one flat for over 60% more coverage. Electric remote controlled and heated.

Awning: 18' Upgraded to A&E Dometic Weather-Pro Auto-Retracting with remote control. If you are away and strong winds or rain starts it will automatically retract to prevent damage to it or the coach. If you are in bed and hear wind you can use the remote to retract without going into the night to work with it.

Clothes Line: Custom Integrated into awning- stainless hardware + all necessary parts and lines...even clothes pins

Roof vents: two Fantastic high CFM multi speed roof vents

Roof Vent Covers (2): Aero-Flo - allows the roof vents to remain open in the rain - protects from tree branches. Custom Onyx color coordinated with other roof equipment.

Roof solar panel to keep all batteries charged.

Step Covers: Two Kleen-EZ - keeps the shoe dirt outdoors

Patio Light: Xeon 7" upgrade - triples the patio light output

Drivers Side Set-Up or Scare Light: Xeon 7" Located over the mechanicals/sewer bay for easy night hook-ups. This combined with the same light upgrade on the patio side will light the entire perimeter of the coach for safety and security. Also helps when getting into a space after dark and setting up.

Porch Light: Second Porch Light - Motion sensitive alert and turn on - color matched to coach. Has flashing LED light next to entry door to alert people the alarm is set

Window Awnings: A & E Elite Color Matched to Patio (2 windows)

Page 4

Sun Screens: Sun-X Premium - windshield and two side windows. Two sets of wiper blade protective covers. Also matching full width patio awing sun screen. It attaches into the awning track and hangs 1' off the ground to provide shade and patio privacy Lifetime Warranty

WINDSHIELD: The coach was delivered from the factory with tiny glass defects so I upgraded the windshields to the new Low-E type glass that blocks the suns heat and is sound absorbing for a quieter ride

MISCALLEANEOUS

Page 7: Bounder Info

Dinette: RV builders use cheap foam that will break down and cause the fabric to pucker and sag. Very unsightly. We had the stock foam replaced with higher durometer Shower: We invented the Ondine shower caddy system. We absolutely love it and you will too. The shower head was upgraded to an Ondine rain shower. Shower and bath sink have Stainless wall dispensers that we designed just for RV's.Upgrade Rain Shower HeadHair Dryer: Built in with retracting cord Hardware: all bath and bedroom hardware was upgraded to high quality stainless Bellagio Regala - more towel rings and bars added for two people. Water Purification: Full home quality 5 stage reverse osmosis system - yes you can drink the water in Mexico with this. The standard water filters in coaches do not remove anything but chlorine and taste. In hard water areas they will stop filtering in as little as one day. RO removes heavy metals, chemicals, pathogens and makes the best tasting water you have ever had. We worked with Watts Pure Water to develop this just for RV use with their reduced water pressure. You won't see many coaches with a full RO system.Page 8

Additional Camco whole coach water filter system - easy to clean will last years

Add-A-Drawer: we invented these handy slide out drawers. We have three under the dinette table - keep a pen and scratch pad handy -we love theseBuilt in "Safe" Knife Racks - secures knives for safe travel and protects edges. We invented these.

If you buy a new coach look forward to spending several weeks in service getting all the bugs worked out. If you buy used there is no way to know how the coach has been taken care of. Motorhomes are complex machines and buying used is often a way to pass along some unpleasant surprises.

Many people struggle on whether to purchase a diesel or gas coach. I have owned 10 diesel coaches over the years and driven hundreds more. I have also owned 13 gas coaches. While it is too long to list here there are excellent reasons to buy gas. I would only recommend diesel if you
