Optimally managing the batch process

The Botec F1 process control system makes it possible to use equipment, raw materials and energy more efficiently – making it not only suitable for breweries, but also for beverage companies and dairies that produce in batches. For the Botec monitors and controls all of the steps included in batch production in real time. This allows the system to meet the requirements for a reproducible manufacturing result – while at the same time assisting the operator in manual operations.

Flexible hardware selection

− The progressive system architecture of the Botec F1 process control system makes it possible to integrate many current SCADA systems and PLC types. Simatic (Botec, PLC Frame, Siemens) and ControlLogix

(Botec, PLC Frame, Allen Bradley) can be used simultaneously

Additional controllers (PLC) can be integrated in an existing system without halting production

− Other computers (process data servers or operating stations) can be individually added depending on the requirements. Virtualisation (VM/HyperView) is also possible on request.

− Botec F1 supports all current Microsoft operating systems up to Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019.

Version 4.0 is available from Q2/21. All new customers receive this new software version automatically. The update can be requested at any time when using the subscription model. For all other regular customers, it is obviously also possible to use this after an update.
