We offer cream table linens with

coordinated napkins. Additional

linen choices are available; cost

will depend upon linen style.

Kosher events

Please inquire about room

rental fees for kosher events.

Four Seasons Hotel Boston

uses Catering by Andrew for

all kosher-catered events.

Floral arrangements

We will be pleased to

coordinate with our house

florist to create a particular

floral theme with centerpieces

or more extensive arrangements

to enhance your function.

Four Seasons alternative cuisine

On request, we offer menu

selections which are nutritionally

balanced, lower in calories,

cholesterol, sodium and fat.

Decorative pieces

Arrangements for ice sculptures

and thematic displays can

be made by your catering

representative.

CHARGES

Labor

A $250 charge is applicable for

groups of 10 or less for all coffee

breaks of which $150 is paid to

the service employee and $100 is

paid to the Hotel. For all events

requiring a bartender, station

attendant or cash bar attendant, a

service charge of $150 per service

person is required, which goes

directly to the service employees.

In addition, $100 per service person

is charged as an administrative

surcharge. This fee is retained by

the hotel of which no portion is

given to the service employees.

$250 per chef is charged as an

administrative surcharge. This fee

is retained by the hotel of which

no portion is given to the service

employee.

Parking

A Hotel charge of $40 per car

is available for all private functions

with hosted valet parking. An

hourly rate will be charged for all

functions with non-hosted parking.

Cars may be valet parked overnight

at the Hotel at $55 per car. Parking

charges are Hotel fees and do not

include any staff gratuities.

Coat check

The charge for coat check is $1.50

per person. Guaranteed guest

numbers will be used to determine

the charge for hosted coat check.

Sushi chefs

For all made-to-order sushi, a $600

sushi chef administrative surcharge

is required. This fee is retained by

the hotel of which no portion is

given to the service employee.

FUNCTION ARRANGEMENTS

Function spaces

Your catering representative will

coordinate your requirements for

function room set-ups, amenities

and special equipment.

Signs

The Hotel does not permit the

placement of any signs or banners

in public areas.

Photographer

Professional photographers

are available through arrangements

made by your catering

representative.

Audio visual

A complete inventory of audio

visual aids and equipment is

available. Arrangements may be

made through the Catering Office

or directly through our in-house

audio visual company, PSAV.

Entertainment

The catering representative for

your function will be pleased to

recommend musical arrangements

to suit any occasion.

Packages

If materials are shipped to

the Hotel prior to the function,

please label the package(s)

with the name of your catering

representative, as well as the name

and date of your event. Notify

your catering representative of

the shipper’s name and anticipated

arrival. The Hotel will allow up

to ten (10) boxes to be delivered

without charge. Any additional

boxes are subject to a $3.00

per-box storage fee.
