Excavation by mechanical means in all kinds of soil, wet or dry (such as yellow murrum, hard murrum / gravel or mixture of any kind, etc.), in loose and slushy condition, to the required level from existing ground level or approved strata for foundations, UG tanks etc.; including disposing off excess excavated material away from site as per direction of the Engineer -In-Charge and backfilling sides of foundation/ working space with the excavated material (WIth good quality earth approved by PMC/Client) in layers of 150mm high, consolidation, compacting etc complete. The rate shall be inclusive of required dewatering by bailing / pumping out water to keep the site dry at all times until completion, making temporary stepping / sloping, shoring , sectioning, trimming, dressing of sides, leveling or grading, cleaning, removing and excavating loose pockets as directed by the EIC all complete to his entire satisfaction.

Supplying and filling with river sand in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering for all leads and lifts, etc complete as as directed by Engineer-in Charge

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:5:10 mix using 40 mm nominal size well-graded approved quality aggregate and river sand as directed by the EIC; including compacting, curing, establishing approved dewatering system to keep site dry all time during works below ground, cleaning, preparing surfaces, junctions, etc. including required shuttering all complete at all heights and leads as per specifications to the entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Providing and laying Ready Mix concrete M25 Grade Concrete with minimum cement content 340 Kg/m3 using 20 mm nominal size well-graded aggregate with maximum water cement ratio 0.42 including vibrating / compacting, curing, etc. complete; excluding centering/shuttering and reinforcement; as directed by the Engineer-In Charge complete for all depths, heights, levels and leads.

Providing, straightening, cutting, bending and binding in position FE 500 reinforcement bars, to correct shape and size as per detailed drawings, specifications and as per approved bar bending schedule by Engineer In charge, for all reinforced concrete work in sub and superstructure such as walls, columns / stub columns, beams, slabs, rafts etc.; with correct size PVC cover blocks or approved concrete cover blocks of same grade as of concrete and tying with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge; provide required labour and machines / equipments / tools / tackles for handling, shifting, bending, binding, etc. all complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer Incharge at all depths, height, levels & leads.
