    Debbie Rosenow, is the Lead Literacy Coach for Hamilton

    County Schools in Chattanooga, TN, and a part-time literacy

    consultant. She has been a classroom teacher for grades K-9served as a school-based literacy coach to support teachers

    improving student growth in reading and writing, and now

    works at the district level supporting literacy coaches in the

    work. She was trained by Dr. Richardson and consulted with

    her in the development of the Teachers Guide for Next Steps

    Guided Reading Assessment (Gr. 3-6).
