AdvisoryOne of the many activities with in the Advisory Time (Team B) was the emphasis on Peace. We had several lessons about peace and the display towards others. In addition, we had a Peace Poster contest – see example. Finally, we incorporated ‘Community Read’ which focused on the book, “Schooled” by Gordon Korman and emphasized issues of bullying, tolerance, & peace. Give peace a chance!
