If you have not filled out a New Client Application and received an email from Kitchen Inc with booking login information, you must do this before booking space for production. If food will not be produced for sale, you can proceed to http://kitchenincubator.com/events to make your reservation at the group rate. The current utility supplement is set at 2% and will vary by month based on YOUR utility conservation. Step 1: View availability for your desired kitchen. Please note that the initial price quoted is not your final price, as it does not reflect the discount based upon the total number of hours you will reserve. The final price will not be calculated until the end of each month, at which point you will receive an invoice showing the total hours and price per hour.

Step 3: You have arrived at the login screen. Click“Existing Members” to login using the username and password that were sent to you ina welcome email. All Registered Clients receive booking login information uponconfirmation of processing the New Client Registration. If you did not receive it,please email [email protected].

Step 4: Confirm your desired hours and choose to book anintroductory session if needed. You can use this to book any time with Kitchen Incstaff at no extra charge. Agree to the Terms and Conditions, which state that youhave read and agree to abide by our Policy Guidebook, and then click Next.

Step 5: You now have the option to add anadditional reservation to your booking, such as a different kitchen ordifferent day. To do so, click “Add Another Item” and add your desired hours. Click“Checkout” once you have added all your desired kitchen time to your shopping cart.

Step 6: Congratulations. You have successfully

reserved kitchen space at Kitchen Inc! In order to confirmyour reservation, you must click “Pay Deposit.” If no deposit is received within 24hours, your reservation will automatically be canceled. You can also chose to click“Pay Full Amount” if you would prefer to not to be invoiced at the end of the month.If you have any problems completing payment at this stage, please [email protected] to have a new invoice sent to you for payment.

Step 7: Once you click on “Pay Now” you will beredirected to pay using your Paypal account. You may need to register for aPaypal account if you do not yet have one (it is quick and easy). You will receive aconfirmation email once your deposit is paid and reservation confirmed.

Step 8: Enjoy your t ime in our kitchens andcontinue to book throughout the month – the more hours youbook, the more you will be rewarded with discounts! On the first day of the followingmonth you will receive a total invoice for the balance due on the previous month’sreservations. This invoice will reflect the total number of hours booked and thecorresponding discount. You can pay this invoice by Paypal or via check (by mail orleft in the mail slot on the front of the KI Staff Office door).

Step 9: Make changes to your reservation if needed. If, at any time, you need to change your reservation, log on to www.bookingbug.com andmake the desired changes. You can amend your reservation at any time, but

cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 25% cancellation fee and not allowedwithin 7 days. For further details, please see our Policy Guidebook.Once our access system is set up, you will receive a security code that will allow youto enter the service entrance of Kitchen Inc at any time. Until then, rest assured thatKitchen Inc staff will be on hand to greet you at the time of your reservation.

We are currently working on added functionality.Due to requests to pay by check or cash, we are currently working onprogramming the ability for you to purchase a certain number of hoursin a lump sum and then use those hours as desired. We’ll let you knowas soon as this launches!
