Cotes de Montbenon

Rehabilitation of an industrial building in order to integrate it on “Place du Flon” (Lausanne, Switzerland), new pole of artistic encounters in the city.

3 different assignments:-commercial space-contemporary gallery-loft-apartments

Having several types of spaces, the basic idea was to keep the bearing elements intact. The rotating walls which connect to the supporting elements, allow us to create spaces without permanent transformations.

Concrete is the material \ZLK� MVY� HSS� ÅVVYZ� HUK� WSH`Z�a unifying role, reminiscent of the old industrial building assignment.

FLOATING HOUSE

House located in southern Spain on a quiet river.21m x 6m, the house resting on water, can be towed by boat but can not navigate by itself.

This house was made for a childless couple who loved nature.

The space is designed so that one can move around elements. Walls are separating the space visually, from a more plublic to a most intimate perspective.

The material is based on old ships, because of their metal structure and bridge boat teak ÅVVY�

ATELIER 36

Working redevelopment of a part of our school buildings located in Lausanne (Switzerland), rue du Mont d’Or.

The aim is to create an exhibition of projects and models where could take place meetings and project reviews, as well as a screening room where is required such equipment.

The concept is to use the walls of the exhibition space to allow a free movement in the center of the room.The furniture of exhibition is a kind of plexiglass door, which would protect the presentation boards and the models.

National competition organized by the city of Basel (Switzerland).

The contest aim is to create a University campus in the town of Muttenz, inspired by the the “Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne” capus (Switzerland).

HOTEL RESIDENCE

Hired to build a hotel in the heart of the city of Nyon (Switzerland).

Project based on the construction of prefabricated containers stacked.

The rooms needed to be done according to the prefabricated building. For this, sliding furniture have been designed to perform as many functions as posible for a reducted space.

This was the second project in which I participated during my internship in which I OLSWLK� � ÄUKPUN� � [OL� YVVT�arrangements, and the developing the drawing plans.

Design of twin villas for a developer.

The design of the houses was ÄYZ[�Z[HY[LK�^P[O�H�KL[HPSLK�Z[\K`�VM�[OL�ÄLSK�HUK�Z\YYV\UKPUN�HYLH�

Sloping parcel involves two slightly different types of houses :

I had the opportunity to participate at the begining of the project until the plans authorization; and through conceptual models and research of interior plans.

Fondamenta, 2nd prize

Housing competition in the town of Vandoeuvres in Geneva (Switzerland).

We were inspired by existing ]VS\TLZ� PU� [OL� [V^U� [V� ÄUHSS`�offer four volumes of different sizes and thus, four different types of apartments.

These volumes are perfectly integrated both in shape and in their materiality, similar to that founding in the village.

An important point of the competition was to incorporate a parking and a square for all. Parking under the building offers 300 seats, and the square has a privileged position facing the Mont-Blanc.
