Mindfulness coaching creates a safe and contained space in which to explore various states of consciousness for the purpose of healing, psychotherapy, self-development, and spiritual work. It involves spontaneous imaging in an expanded state of conscious to pre-designed classical music programs.

Bonnie Kowaliuk is an eclectic mindfulness coach and transformational leadership consultant with background designations as a registered social worker, accredited music
therapist and business leadership consultant who over the course of the past six years has been exploring brain based approaches to learning, transformational leadership, health and wellness. She recently completing her designation as a Fellow of the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery which employs music assisted mindfulness and psychotherapeutic approaches to help address a wide range of issues from health and wellness to optimal learning and performance.

The Senses Mindfulness Coaching sessions let you take a moment to explore and discover ways to restore your mental health and performance.
The Senses music assisted mindfulness sessions are based on years of study in the fields of psychiatry, psychology, music and psychotherapy, neuroscience relative to understanding brain-based approaches to maximizing optimal health and well being, learning and memory.
Clients will leave the mindfulness sessions with a renewed and empowered sense of self. Consequently, they uncover parts of themselves, accessing the potential to heal and transform: • health • work• relationships• sense of meaning• spiritual connections

The Journey: Expectations from a coaching session
Coaching sessions are available as individual or group sessions (six to eight people). Sessions can take place at the Senses Mindfulness Coaching Office or on site (ex. homes, offices). Please note that there is an additional fee for on site sessions.
After an initial consultation session, the mindfulness coach engages the client in a: • Pre-talk• Induction (customized relaxation approach)• Linking Image sourced from the client• Selects a music program based on needs• Encourages the client(s) to interact with
the music • Guides the client by asking open-ended
questions about their experience, awareness, and what they are sensing
• Debrief• Mandala drawing and processing
During the sessions, the coach encourages the client(s) to interact with the music and notice whatever comes to conscious awareness. The mindfulness coach helps the client(s) to integrate the images and make sense of their internal experience and inner journey relative to insight, meaning, and application into life in the now.
