Reserve Beer List Timmermans Oude Gueuze 2009 Limited (750 ml) 90 A great gueuze from the world’s oldest Lambic brewery. Funky and citrusy nose with touches of green apple. Flavor that leans more towards the tart. Drie Fonteinen Oude Kriek 2005 (750ml) 125 Funky orchard, barnyard, sour cherry, and baked bread Orval 2001 (330ml) 40 First founded in 1132, the Orval Monastery has been making beer for nearly that long. One of the world’s great beers, this Trappist ale is known for its hop complexity and wonderful dryness. Drie Fonteinen Hommage 2013 (750ml) 135 A blend of lambic beers brewed with an addition of 30% whole fresh Payottenland raspberries and 5% sour cherries. Lindeman’s Gueuze Cuvée Rene 2001 (750ml) 140 Lindeman’s premier sour beer, a blend of old and young lambic that is barrel aged and fermented twice. Slightly musty and citrusy nose gives way to a very smooth and crisp beer that is both fruity and lightly tart. Brouwerij De Molen Rasputin 2008 (750ml) 60 Pours black with a tan-to-brown head that lingers. Cola- sweet, rum, molasses, lightly cocoa, lots of brown sugar. A little thin on the tongue after the initial thickness, coats only lightly. Rodenbach Vintage 2011 (750ml) 25 Flanders Red Ale aged for two years in new oak. Hanssens Artisanaal Oudbeitje Lambic 2000 (375ml) 40 Blend of lambics from Boon and Girardin brewed with fresh strawberries. Strong strawberry nose with characteristic lambic funk, complex flavors of dried fruit and wood. Oud Beersel Oude Geuze 2002 (375ml) 30 Classic geuze featuring a blend of old and new lambics. Lightly hoppy aroma with characteristic tartness and a crisp finish. Oud Beersel Oude Kriek 2002 (375ml) 35 Young lambic is matured in old oak barrels with sour cherries. Nose of cherries and almonds, with a lightly fruity flavor profile and a dry finish.

  • Lost Abbey Veritas Batch 009 (750ml) 120

    One of only 1200 bottles made(!), Veritas Batch 009 is a

    sour-style stout that took nearly three and a half years to

    make. First aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels for 15

    months, it was then moved to Syrah red wine barrels

    where it sat for another 15 months with sour cherries,

    which was then blended and bottled-conditioned for an

    additional 11 months. Flavors of dark cherry, oak,

    tannins, and a slightly sweet and tart finish.

    Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella 2001 (750ml) 190

    Matured for three years in oak barrels. Unbelievably

    complex with notes of funky pear and assertive crisp

    tartness.

    Chimay Grande Reserve 2001 (3000ml) 160

    Produced by the Trappist monks of the Scourmont

    Abbey, Grande Reserve is their classic Belgian Strong Ale.

    Notes of dark fruits, buttery caramel, lots of spice.

    Unibroue Maudite 15th Anniversary 2008 (1500ml) 80

    Caramel, pineapple, phenols subtle but persistent hop

    note. Wonderfully complex for a crisp medium bodied

    strong ale. Expressive and packed with flavor.

    Schloss Eggenberg Samichlaus 1999/2000 (330ml) 60

    Austrian Doppelbock once considered the strongest beer

    in the world. A rich and complex dark lager with notes of

    fruit and warming alcohol that finishes clean.

    Cascade Elderberry (750ml) 65

    Blend of sour red ales aged for up to two years in oak

    barrels with elderberries and spices.

    Mystic Vinland Three (375ml) 15

    Saison fermented from a strain of yeast native to Vermont

    that came from wild raspberries.

    The Bruery Chocolate Rain 2013 (750ml) 150

    American Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels with

    cocoa nibs and vanilla beans. Amazingly decadent with

    flavors of chocolate, toffee, vanilla, oak, and bourbon.

    The Bruery Black Tuesday 2012 (750ml) 150

    Named after both the Wall Street Crash of 1929 and the

    disastrous day that the beer was first brewed in 2008.

    Opulent Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels for a

    year.

    Three Floyds Dark Lord 2005 (22 oz)

    A demonic Russian-Style Imperial Stout brewed with

    coffee, Mexican vanilla, and Indian sugar, this beer defies

    description. Only brewed once a year in the spring (Dark

    Lord Day), this only gets better as it ages.
