1. Please check carefully the room number you have been allocated. Please arrive at

your allocated room on time.

2. Each presenter is scheduled for a total of 20 minutes (nominally a 12 minutes

presentation, 5 minutes discussion and 3 minutes for change over).

3. The PowerPoint slides should NOT exceed 30 slides in total. Please send your

PowerPoint presentation slides to Conference Manager at

[email protected] on or before 10 April 2015.
