What is it?

- Most of the existing airline travelling sites have a very linear structure and lack a good visual feedback for the user

- This website, Bon Voyage, is primarily an airline website which collaborates the Indian domestic airlines, Indian railways and Buses, and gives the most economical options to a user to reach his destination, with the best possible visualization

- Currently, airline websites have a very linear structure where in the user filters data according to his travel needs. As per the filter, a list of options are given to him of all the possible flights, not in a very visually pleasing manner

- Not every place is connected directly by flights. Some places can be reached only combining air, road and/or rail modes of transport. Bon Voyage collaborates all possible modes to reach a particular place in most economical manner.

- It will not only give travel details but also other important details like weather at the destination place, location on the Indian map, hotels to stay etc.

Problems with existing airline sites

- All the websites have a very linear structure

- Options displayed in a list format which makes it a little confusing for the user to select the required flight

- Poor visualization

- Doesnot collaborate with other modes of transport in India which would help a user also choose a destination which doesnot have an airport

She uses sites like Cleartrip or MakeMyTrip to book her flight till Hyderabad and further on books a bus on from Hyderabad to Nanded. She doesn’t care which flight it is, but just wants the cheapest flight and the most economical flight to her hometown.

- Primarily an airline website- Login required only if you need to book a journey - The options displayed will be for AC 3 Tier for railway and AC bus by default unless specified in the options provided during login- The options showed for sources and destination in the drop down menu will be obtained from all Domestic airlines, Indian railway and Bus sites- An email notification will be sent to the traveler with details of weather at destination, hotels to stay, places to visit etc. and a reminder for his oncoming journey- The source and destination are mentioned on the map to give the user a rough idea of where the place is actually situated
