German reflections on a model for study grants for
full studies abroad (English version)
„A great advantage of this model is the effect of great relief on the capacity of the German higher education system that can be achieved in the short term, since a complete place at a university missing in Germany can be replaced per student who completes all of his bachelor studies abroad. Depending on the financial set-up of the study grants for studies abroad, such a solution could also be more advantageous with regard to the direct costs than creating an equivalent place at a university in Germany.“
