Bodaybo city

Bodaybo is a town in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia, located on the Vitim river. In Bodaybo live 15,331 people. It was founded in 1864 and served the needs of the local gold mining industry.

In one of the streets of Bodaybo, in Uritskogo Street there is a unique monument , which is named Porovozik. When the narrow gauge railway dismantled, he remained standing where he caught the destructive work on the side of a street.
