Pursuant  to Chapter 2. Arti cle  V I I I Sarasota County  Code,  and Chapter 162.  Florida  Statutes,  you aro  notified  that a violation of the foll owi ng

Sarasota County Code exists:

5.3.4. Commercial Use Standards

o. Restaurant.  A  restaurant   is permitted in  accordance  w i t h  the use table i n Section 5. t, subject to the  f o l l ow ing standards:

2.  Outdoor   dining   shall be permitted between the hours of:

i .  6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. , Sunday throug h Thur sday .

i i .  6:00 a.m. and   11:00   p.m., Frida y and Saturday.

4.  The   sale   and consumption of all  food   and   beverages   between the hours of 10:00 p.m . and 6:00 a.m., Sunday thro ugh Thu rsda y and   11:00

p .m.  and 6:00 a.m., Frid ay and Satu rday, shall take place  only  w i t h i n  a completely enclosed structure, except as otherwise provided in  these

regulations.

O R D E R  TO   C O R R E C T   V I O L A T I O N :  You are directed hy this  notice  to make the following corrective actions: Cease Outdoor dining and the

sale  and consumption ofall  food and  beverages during prohibited hours.

Failure to correct the deficiencies on the date specified  above will  result in an Affidavit or Statement of Violation to be filed the Code Enforcement Special .Magistrate,

charging you witli the violations set out abov e, upon which a hearing will be held which you may attend. If the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate finds a violation

exists, penalties up to  250.00 per day for eacli day the violation exists may be imposed. Penalties up to  500.00  per day for each repeat violation may be imposed.
