School Swimming Scheme

The whole school will be attending Wingham Pool every day in week 5 and 6 of this term for the intensive swimming scheme. A permission note and information is attached.

School Bus

The bus company has to regularly survey the usage of the bus by student for Government records. Parents are encouraged to have their children use the school bus as much as possible so that this much valued resource is retained.

Canteen

Mirijam will be doing canteen on 6/11/19 and there will NOT be canteen the following 2 weeks (13/11, 20/11) due to the swimming programme.

Plastic Bottle Top Collection Former Bobin student Zoe Hatton is collecting plastic bottle top lids on behalf of Wingham High School. The collection is for Helping Hands Envision, based in Melbourne, who turn the plastic bottle top lids into prosthetic limbs for children in disadvantaged countries. The bottle top lids are melted down into beads then woven into a thin plastic that can be used in 3-D printing. Donations of plastic bottle top lids can be left at Bobin School office and will go to a great cause.
