Getting the data out and using it• Functionality was designed for use with
Banner Relationship Management early alert processing (Release 1.5)
• If you don’t have BRM, you have to build your own processes to use the data
• We use Argos schedule/delivery functionality for this
Process Flow at Mt. SAC
1. Faculty member recommends a student for tutoring via Faculty Feedback
2. Student receives an e-mail notifying her that she has been recommended for tutoring
3. Tutoring center can print a list of students referred for follow-up and accountability
4. Faculty Member is notified of a student’s visit to the tutoring center (future)
