Bharat Electronics Ltd. JALAHALLI POST,BENGALURU invites Online application fromeligible Diploma holders in Engineering (passed during 2018, 2019 & 2020 ), hailing fromKarnataka State, for undergoing one year Apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship(Amendment) Act 1973.

I. Category -Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:

II: MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

o I Diploma in Engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of TechnicalEducation established by a State Government in relevant discipline.

o I Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in relevant discipline.o I Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognized by the State

Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

III. AGE LIMIT: Maximum age limit of 22years for General, age relaxation for SC/ST & OBCcandidates will be provided as per Government norms.

IV. MINIMUM PHYSICAL STANDARDS:

As prescribed in Clause 4 of the Apprenticeship Rule 1992, and amendments thereof if any.

V. DURATION OF TRAINING:

The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as perApprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973.

VI. PREVIOUS TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship underApprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973, and / or having one year or more experience are not eligibleto apply.

VII, SELECTION PROCEDURE:Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR) is entrusted with the task of preparation of shortlist from theonline application data. Shonlisting of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marksobtained in the basic prescribed qualification as applicable to the respective disciplines. Shortlistedcandidates shall be intimated through their registered Email id. Shortlisted candidates have to appear

for Certificate Verification at Establishment premises. If some more establishment seek data duringthe process they will also be invited to attend scrutiny.

VIII: PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION:

IX: TRAVEL EXPENSES: No TA / DA will be paid for attending certificate verification.

X: BOARDING/LODGING: No boarding or lodging expenses are admissible

XI: Upon completion of the Apprenticeship period Bharat Electronics Limited shall have noobligation to offer employment to such apprentices nor car an apprentice claim right for employmenton the grounds of completion of Apprenticeship.
