The BoardMarks Future Teacher Training Programme will be designed to be completed in 3Months, 6 Months and 12 Months. There are two distinct aspects to this training programme.

This combination of structured course work, regular practical assignments, and regular involvement in various aspects of the day-to-day operations will make learning at BoardMarks seem like actually being 'on-the-job'.

FUTURE TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMME

It includes the actual assignments and course work in the BoardMarks curriculum. You and your mentor will meet at the classroom for a formal session once a week. Your mentor will go through the latest assignment that you have been practicing and working on during the week.

Your mentor will help you understand the challenges and pitfalls you are likely to experience in everyday classroom session. For this, your mentor will involve you in his work. You may accompany him to the classroom for a special class or doubt class to solve the doubts of students
