Members take on roles aligned with personal capacity. Those capable advance to greater responsibility.

THE GOAL

Recognize and develop the leadership capacity that resides within the NESEA

community to create member driven and staff supported projects and programs

that advance NESEA’s mission.

Build a bench of strong NESEA leaders.

THE STRATEGY

Expand the ambition of the Nominating Committee to the development of the

leadership potential that resides within the NESEA community.

Create a LEADERSHIP WORKGROUP that includes members of the Board, the Staff,

and a select group of NESEA members.
