Program objectiveThe role of Board Directors is increasingly becoming more challenging with the changing regulatory landscape and the transforming business eco-system. Effective boards are rebalancing responsibilities, focusing on better governance and more rigorous checks and balances. The demands from you as a board member are greater than ever. Fundamentally, the role of the board is different from that of the management and requires a different set of skills. This tailored program will help board members in acquiring and perfecting these skills.

With senior faculty from the Indian School of Business (ISB), in collaboration with EY subject matter experts, you will gain an understanding of the responsibilities of board membership, shareholders’ interests along with the tools and imperatives for effective financial health assessment. You will benefit from powerful insights needed to become a more effective director.
