CLARIFICATIONS Why do we have to have two different rating systems?• Because we need to guarantee that each Board 6 member gets

rated on every game he/she works. THE ARBITER provides us the option to track that each member rates his/her partner, but not anyone who you observe. Board 6 Ratings website will provide the opportunity to rate everyone that you observe working an assigned Board 6 game.

What type of security is there to prevent rating multiple times?• We can not legislate INTEGRITY. We trust our members and we

hope that you rate an official once per game. Now, if you observe an official working several times you can rate that official on each game that you see him/her (only on Board 6 Ratings website).

What happens if you need assistance using the computer?• You MUST contact Jose, Jay, or Ken ASAP.

Number of days to rate? When is the reminder? What is the fine?• The ARBITER is set to send a reminder after 2 days of the

game. We do not have reminders in Board 6 Ratings website. In both websites, you will have 5 days to rate a fellow official.

• Fines are losing assignments for the 2013-14 season if you do not complete your respective ratings on THE ARBITER. However, we expect that each Board 6 member complies with their professional responsibility and completes all of their ratings on both websites.
