Bio-Bacterial Technology Our technology bacterial products are the result of research and development efforts and years of experience utilising bio-augmentation to solve waste and wastewater problems. The bacteria used in our products contain 6 strains of ROETECH patented bacillus bacteria in stable spore with each strain producing enzymes, resulting in extremely powerful biological products which break down and digest the source of the problems rather than masking them. This process guarantees a natural way to treat cleaning problems with no need for harsh chemicals cleaners, making cleaning practice simpler and greener. Most of our products are up to 100 times more effective than conventional products such as chemicals or enzyme based cleaners, offering significant savings. Green Sleeve™ The Green SleeveTM is a consumable retro-fitting device for urinals that locks in odours and prevents foreign matter entering the pipe work. The Green SleeveTM deals with the common urinal problems by eliminating unpleasant smells, reducing blockages, improving hygiene, enhancing washroom appearance and reducing both operating and maintenance costs. The Green SleeveTM, together with the Bio Blitz Biological Cleaner, keeps the urinal fresh and waste pipes protected from corrosion.

How it works The Green SleeveTM releases releases millions of friendly bacteria that digest uric salt, organic waste and sludge deposits. It lasts up to three months maintaining urinal efficiency and presentation. The Green SleeveTM comes with a copper inhibitor that helps to coat the pipe work, preventing corrosion caused by the uric salt and ammonia present in urine. Our complete range of waste adapters are designed to fit all sizes of water outlets found in wall and trough urinals. We manufacture waste adapters from 50 to 120mm diameter. Wee On™ The Wee OnTM Urinal Screen is a consumable, easy-to-fit, replaceable and low cost alternative suited to retro-fitting any type of urinals. The Wee OnTM releases cultured bacteria that digest urine and organic waste. It comes with a copper inhibitor to prevent corrosion through plumbing systems. Directions for use: Fit the Wee On onto the urinal base.

Bio Blitz Urinal Blocks The Bio Blitz Urinal Blocks are water soluble blocks used to disinfect and deodorise men’s urinals. These urinal blocks are made with natural and ‘friendly’ bacteria cultures that digest uric salt, scale and sludge. The Bio Blitz blocks contain natural citric fragrance that deodorise the urinal and comes with copper inhibitor to help coat and maintain the brass plumbing usually installed in many older buildings. Green Cartridge The Green Cartridge is an economical retrofitting waterless urinal cartridge designed with a removable dual valve core to prevent offensive odours and backfill from entering the washroom. This unique and effective system does not require oil sealant to trap the odours. The cartridge does not need to be replaced in a monthly basis unlike other cartridges on the market. The replacement core can be replaced every six months while the cartridge can last up to two years, reducing alarmingly your on-going costs. Waterless Urinal Oil The Waterless Urinal Oil (WUO) is innovative synthetic oil designed to trap and seal odorous in any kind of waterless urinal, stopping offensive odours entering the washroom from the urinals. How to remove stain out of carpets?

How many headaches can a carpet stain cause you? Why is it so hard...? It is hard because traditional carpet cleaning products do not remove the cause of the stain, they just mask it. But don’t worry, this hint would avoid you so many headaches... and get rid of the stains. Step 1: DO NOT SCRUB OR RUB IN the stain. This would cause permanent pile distortion. Pick up solids before cleaning. Step 2: Blot up as much liquid as possible preferably using a microfiber cloth. Step 3: Dampen the offending area. You have to make sure that the area is properly moisturised. Do not

saturate. Step 4: Spray Wee Off on the offending area. Allow to air dry. Please do not scrub, we know you don’t want

to see the stain anymore, but allow the bacteria in the Wee Off to work. You will be amazed at what these bacteria can do. But it is simple, they are just eating. Whether it is wine, coffee, food, urine, blood or vomit, the bacteria will feed off it. Step 5: After approximately 10 minutes, blot dry with absorbent material such as white paper towelling or use a cool fan to complete drying. If you don’t bother vacuum it off, the result will be much better.

K9 Heavy Duty Grease Destroyer - Emergency Care

Grease Destroyer (GD) MAX has been formulated specifically for systems with a history of excessive fat, oil and grease (FOG) related problems. This powerful concentrate employs the effective FOG and odour control technology found in our GD products but at levels which allow for its use even in the most difficult of systems. Regular use of GD MAX will significantly reduce noxious odors and also reduce costs associated with excessive grease loads. Directions for use: Apply 250mL daily per 1000L capacity. Apply when water flow is reduced to a minimum.

K1 Standard Grease Destroyer - Preventive care Your fat, oil and grease (FOG) control and elimination program is incomplete without the advanced biological technology found in Grease Destroyer (GD). The GD has been designed to work in any system where large amounts of food derived FOGs are generated and released; which makes GD ideal for use in the institutional food and service hospitality industries. Regular use of GD will significantly reduce offensive odours and also reduce excessive costs associated with high grease loads. Directions for use: Apply 250mL daily per 1000L capacity. K87 Soap Digester Soap Digester is specially formulated to breakdown soap, grease and paper. K-87 contains beneficial bacteria cultures, capable of degrading these difficult to break-down products. Adding K-87 to your system will fortify your system’s bacteria and help ensure problem free septic systems operations. Regular use of Soap Digester will result in lowered soap and detergent levels throughout the septic system and will therefore result in more efficient, trouble free operation. Apply to toilets, traps or sinks. Directions for use: Apply though floor drains, sinks or directly to the system. Pour 30mL per 3m lines, weekly. Apply when water flow is at minimum.

K97 Mainline Cleaner - Perfect for low flow drains and sinks Sewage and other debris tend to accumulate in both sewer lines and main lines leading to septic tanks. This is a common problem as modern water saving toilets do a poor job pushing waste out of sewage lines. This troublesome organic build-up can quickly result in clogging problems and back-ups. Mainline Cleaner attacks this accumulated material and quickly restores proper flow, keeping your lines problem free. Directions for use: Pour 250mL into the toilet and

flush. Repeat the process for four days. Use twice a year or as needed.

Liquid Drain & Trap Cleaner Organic debris can build-up in drains and traps, which may lead to slow draining kitchen sinks, bathrooms sinks and tubs. Left untreated this buildup will cause clogs and back-ups. Keep your drains and traps running freely with a regular application of Liquid Drain & Trap Cleaner, a powerful noncorrosive and natural drain cleaning product. 1.Scrub the surface with a wire brush. 2.Shake well. 3.Apply the graffiti remover to the offending area and allow to air dry for 5 minutes. 4.With a scourer, nylon brush or stiff broom, scrub the graffiti surface in a circular

K37 Septic Tank Treatment - Preventive Care Biological activity in septic tanks is easily thrown out of balance when excessive water, harmful detergents or other harmful chemicals enter the system. K-37 Septic Tank Treatment is specifically designed to restore the natural balance within septic tanks by promoting the efficient and rapid breakdown of solids, thereby reducing sludge and scum levels and resulting in reduced odours, less clogs and more efficient system operation. Directions for use - quarterly: Apply 1L per

2000L tank capacity. Repeat after 15 days.

K57 Septic System Cleaner - Emergency Care Septic System Cleaner is a powerful biological product which is formulated with bacterial cultures. K-57 is powerful enough to act quickly in emergency situations where sluggish conditions, clogs surface water accumulations or back-ups have occurred. If your system is giving you trouble, get Septic System Cleaner and fix the problem. Directions for use: Apply 1L per 2000L tank ca-

pacity into the toilet and flush twice. Reduce water usage for 24hours.

K8 Bacteria Powder 106PS - For wastewater treatment K8 Water soluble granules contain high concentrations of powerful beneficial bacteria for use in aerated waste water systems to treat organic matter and reduce the waste to carbon dioxide and water. Naturally eliminates any pathogens purifying the water. By simply pouring a tea spoon of K8 into waste outlets, the bacteria will digests paper, soap scum and grease through the pipe and will ultimately reach the septic tank, increasing the bacterial activity needed to rejuvenate the system’s performance whilst reducing unpleasant odours. Directions for use: Pour a teaspoon (10gr)

directly to sink drains, floor drains, toilets, urinals, bathrooms, laundry and kitchen. Do not pour water into the system until next morning.

Caravans & Boats Grey Water Treatment - For greywater treatment Formulated to reduce soap build-up and residue odours in greywater holding tanks in caravans and boats. Specialised bacteria degrade soaps and detergents preventing build-up on tank walls, traps, and floats.
