REWARDING FRIENDSAim: rewarding consumers who continuously use products from the BluVela programme.

Each product from the BluVela programme has its own price and number representing the Commission Value (CV). Any Friend,

Promoter or Partner creates CV:

1) CV from personal sales,

2) CV from the sales of a Friend, Promoter or Partner from your own branch.

Every personal sale via the website or via a Friend, Promoter or Partner grants you the right to CV. The accumulated CV is attributed to a Partner on the basis of an optimization system for balancing the weaker and stronger branches within the Pay Team.

The Pay Team is the weaker part of the branch, however, it gives you the right to create all programme bonuses.

A binary network is a network marketing model which allows the Promoter to register an unlimited number of Friends, Promoters or Partners, divided in two teams:

Power Team: the stronger team that has built a higher CV.

Pay Team: the weaker team that gives you the right to create your own bonuses.

The placement of the newly registered Friends, Promoters or Partners is done automatically by a computer and is based on the following principle:

The newly registered Friend, Promoter or Partner is always placed in the weaker team and the lowest position compared to the Sponsor.

On the other hand, the principle enables flexible registration, since the Promoter may register a new member under any Promoter in his network. The weaker team is the one with fewer points at the moment of registering a new Friend, Promoter or Partner. The lowest position means the position at the bottom of the line compared to the Sponsor in the weaker team.

This rule follows the principle of maximizing the earnings of the person registering a new Friend, Promoter or Partner.It also enables maximum registration flexibility, as the Promoter may register the new Friend, Promoter or Partner under any other Promoter in his network (by stating his name in the Sponsor field when registering the new associate).

According to the CV amount of the weaker team (Pay Team), the Promoter may be placed in one of the following four positions:

2 METHODS AND 4 WAYS TO EARN INCOME

Promoters may earn their commissions in two ways:

1. with a direct distribution of products to their customers,

2. by building a network of Friends, Promoters and Partners.

The calculation of commission and bonuses for the Liberty Fund is done on a weekly basis, i.e. every Sunday at 00.01 (CET).

The payment of commission is made by entering the net value of bonuses as BV Credits, which represent the payment method for the BluVela product orders. The BV Credits balance is reset to zero every month, and the rest of the value is transferred to the Promoter's account on the 20th of the month for the previous month.

Aim: rewarding Promoters who process orders and distribute the products to consumers.

The Promoter may order products for any Friend or Promoter from his down line.

When ordering the products, the Promoter also selects the delivery address.

For all orders submitted via the website using his code, the Promoter has the right to obtain the Direct Distributing Bonus in the value of 15%, regardless of the value of the order or the amount of CV.

The Infinity Bonus is based on the revenues of the weaker team.

It is intended for all Promoters in the Managing Level, meaning that their Pay Team has collected a minimum of 500 and a maximum of 8,000 CVs.

The Infinity Bonus amounts to 10% of all the collected CVs by the Pay Team.

A Promoter may register an unlimited number of Promoters, regardless of the team and position in the line.

The Promoter becomes their Team Leader, while their Sponsor is the person just above their position.

For every order made by the new Promoter, his Team Leader is granted a Direct Sponsorship Bonus in the amount of 4% of every order by the Promoter in his network.

The Team Leader is entitled to the bonus regardless of his position in the network, and also when he reaches the Liberty Fund level.

Aim: enable successful Promoters building large networks to present their work in this extraordinary environment.

When a Promoter collects more than 8,000 CVs in one calculation period, he enters the Executive Level in the same calculation period.

Every Commission Value amount created by the Promoter in his Pay Team, which exceeds 8,000 CV, is transformed into one share from the Executive Fund in the relevant calculation period.

The Executive Fund amounts to 4% of all the generated CVs in the two4better life system.

The value of one share is calculated by dividing the CV sum from the Executive Fund with the number of shares created by the Promoters in the Executive Level in one week.

The Promoter's Executive Bonus is a multiplication of the value of one share and the number of shares created by an individual Promoter in the calculation period:

Promoter X's Executive Bonus = sum of Promoter X's shares × share value in the calculation period

The aim of the Extra Executive Bonus is to provide the highest stimulation rate in the network marketing programme.

Since the binary system is characteristic of a statistical distribution of commissions, it may happen that in some calculation periods, the commission for the Managing Level is not paid in full.

In this case, 0.5% of the savings is transferred to a special fund set up for the payments of the Extra Executive Bonus commissions.

All the Promoters in the Extra Executive Level are awarded equal shares of the funds for each calculation period.

By qualifying for the Extra Executive Level at least four times in one quarterly period, the Promoter has the right to give a lecture at a BluVela programme seminar.

Over time, Promoters gain different types of bonuses, and when they reach the gross amount of 350,000 CV, they reach the Liberty Fund level.

The Liberty Fund amounts to 4% of the collected CVs in the entire system on a monthly basis, and is divided linearly – every Promoter at this stage receives an equal share. The payment is made on a monthly basis, by the 20th of the month for the previous month.

Aim: enjoy the fruits of the past work, and the possibility of further creating the company's vision and participating in its humanitarian activities.

Upon entering the Liberty Fund, the Promoter is given two additional codes. The codes are placed between the Promoter's old code and the code of his Friend or Promoter from the Power

or Pay Team, which allows the Promoter to continue working and achieve the Liberty Fund level twice more.

The Liberty Fund amounts to 4% of all the collected CVs in one month. Payments are made linearly to all the Promoters in this

level on a monthly basis, by the 20th of the month for the previous month.

2. Promoter: a natural person who has registered in the on the basis of a completed application form for Promoters, paid and accepted the Promoter Kit, and received his personal code.

3. Friend: a natural person who has registered in the on the basis of a completed application form for Friends, and paid and accepted at least one product from the BluVela programme.

4. Partner: a legal entity engaged in the retail of the products from the BluVela programme, and registered in the AOS (Auto Order System).

5. Binary network: the network of a Friend, Promoter and Partner, provided that each of them has no more than two direct associates or registered consumers.

6. CV – Commission Value: nominal value of each product in the BluVela price list, which serves as the basis for the calculation of bonuses of the programme.

7. Sponsor: Promoter or Partner whose name is entered in the application form for the newly registered Friend, Promoter or Partner.

8. Team Leader: Promoter or Partner who informs, introduces and motivates a new Friend, Promoter or Partner.

9. Personal CV: built with personal purchases of the BluVela products.

10. Structural CV: CV generated on the basis of the sales carried out by a Friend, Promoter or Partner in the Sponsor's network.

11. Cumulative payments: the total of all gross CVs collected by a Promoter or Partner in the programme.
