Having a strong foundation enables youto build a thriving, profitable life and busi-ness. A simple method to create this foun-dation is with Discovery, Vision, Planningand Benchmarking, the four cornerstonesof your life as well as your business.
Discovery is defined as examiningwhere are you now and where are yougoing.
It helps to look at everything as if youwere a beginner. Always know why you arein the business of your choice. If yourstrategy is not clear, you won't recognize
the destination when you getthere. This is the time tobring in your outside VisionTeam.
Vision is who you areabout and what your life isabout.
This is where you deter-mine values you need toexperience on a continuing basis. Vision isalso where you become the expert in yourfield and decide the purpose of your busi-ness. Remember, the smaller the niche, the
larger the reward.Abandon any pre-conceived beliefsyou have aboutthis or any otherbusiness. They canrestrict yourthinking. Live outof this new vision, not your past com-fort.
Planning createsthe strategies thathelp you arrive atyour destination.
A simple systemis to - Show Up, Beon Time, KeepYour Word and TellThe Truth. It's likeriding on thattrain, sometimesthere are hills toclimb; sometimesthere are curvesand other times
you're flying rapidly down the mountainto your destination. In any instance, youmust remain focused on what you wantand where you are going.
Benchmarking helps you stay on track.Once focused, you set up a system for
accountability, self-management and self-renewal. You can create goals or optimumwants that may be on the outer edge ofpossibilities or a goal that is far biggerthan you think is attainable. Going intonew territory can unlock your potentialand increase your development. Whengoals or optimum results are achieved, you can acknowledge success and learn tobe satisfied. Again, put it in writing; thegoals, the results and the acknowledge-ment.
Rules require exceptions, so even if youfollow the above and create a strong foun-dation, you must be prepared for chaos.Chaos can aid in your personal and busi-ness development if you have eliminatedall toxic people or commitments from yourlife.
Chaos can then become the opportunityto progress rapidly into new territory. Youcan be the architect of your own life.

Blueprint for success .Recognize that you are the source ofeverything that you want.Stop waiting to inherit it, win it; marry it,or expecting it to come from any sourceother than you. You can have anythingthat you want, all it requires is workingwith your thoughts, feelings and inten-tions..Understand that the process of attainingwhat you want (the how) is more impor-tant than the end result (the what). It's really a matter of personal growth, changing your thinking and expandingyour beliefs about what you deserve tohave. Once you have mastered the how,you can have what you want when youwant it. It is the old adage about teachinga man to fish in order to feed him for alifetime..Don't underestimate the power of yourthoughts, emotions and intentions
Your thoughts are the model of what youwant. Everything that was invented inthis world began as a thought in some-one's mind first. Emotions energizethoughts. The more passionately youwant something, the more rapidly youbring your thoughts into form. Intentionacts to direct you thoughts and emotions. The clearer you are as to your purpose orintention the more likely you are to getwhat you want.
.Think about what you do want as opposedto what you don't want.I want a loving relationship is a far cryfrom; I don't want to be alone for the restof my life. I want an abundant life is notthe same as; I don't want to be poor. I wantto be healthy is not I'm tired of being fat.Your thoughts form the model of whatyou want. Whatever you focus on is whatyou are likely to receive, as your energyfollows your thoughts. If you focus onwhat you don't want, that is exactly whatyou will end up attracting into your life.We work perfectly to produce the resultsthat we are getting, so choose to intention-ally program the results that you reallywant..Ask yourself what you think, havingwhat you want, will give you that youdon't have now.If you had more money, or a relationshipor children or a better job, or were thin-ner, what needs or desires would be satis-
fied? Usually the underlying answer tothis question is something like security, freedom, love, happiness or inner peace.Dig down until you get right to theessence or core of what you really want inyour life..Determine ways that you can bring theessence of what you want into your liferight now.Don't wait to get what you want, how canyou be happier, more secure, have morelove or inner peace right now? Ask your-self what it would take to feel and believethese things now. If you think that beingthinner would attract more love into yourlife, how can you attract more love now?Perhaps you can be more loving towardsfamily, friends, people in need in yourcommunity. Perhaps you can start by lov-ing, nurturing and pampering yourselfmore..Act like you already have what you wantin your life.If you want a successful business then actas if you already have one. Visualize whatyou would look like, feel like, and thinklike, if you were already running a suc-cessful business. Each morning justbefore you get out of bed imagine yourunning your successful business; start apicture scrapbook showing your perfectlife as you are running your successfulbusiness. Where will you operate it from;your home, an outside office? Who willwork with you? What services will youprovide and to whom? What kind ofincome will it provide? What will you beable to do with this income for yourself, your family, friends, for your community?Put together an action plan that will moveyou in the direction of your dreams. Eachnight as you slide back into bed, ask your-self, "What did I do today that moves me inthe direction of what I want?" -

Get what you want Here are the seven keys to help you get what you want out of life;
There is no such thing as failure - only feedback -we can learn from our failures. Do not let apparentfailures beat you up, learn from them. As humans,we tend to be harder on ourselves than others are.A small child learning to walk never fails to get upand try and try and try until success is achieved. Itis the same in life; every failure is a step closer tosuccess.
Emotions are notoriously fickle: to let your emo-tions be your rule of success or failure is asking fortrouble. Do not listen to your heart this is danger-ous; you need to have advisors who are able tohelp direct you. No one succeeds alone alwaysthere is a strong team behind any success.
Your inner circle: Many successful men andwomen throughout history and up to the presentday have a trusted inner-circle of friends and advi-sors. Choose this inner-circle with great care andwisdom. Choice: It is all down to choice. That is
your attitude toward failure and success. Many ofthose who succeed have a track record litteredwith what we would call failures. They chose tolearn from these and move towards their goal. Thelast of the human freedoms is to choose your atti-tude in whatever circumstance you may find your-self.
Ensue or pursuit? The more you aim for some-thing the more likely you are to miss it. Put quitesimply success must happen. This is why the suc-cessful entrepreneur makes it look easy - they justlet it happen. Do not care for success so much asfollowing your principles, working toward thefuture and eventually success will be there withyou - precisely because you forgot to aim for it.
Get rich quick schemes: is not a recipe for suc-cess. These schemes usually do not deliver whatthey promise; at best they are a lie. To get richslowly slowly is a much more stable road to tread.
There is no such thing as failure
