Successfully acquired and deployed over 40 SAP projects worldwide, over 16 years in roles spanning Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Project and Program Management in across SAP products including Logistics, Analytics, Procurement, CRM, Financials in multiple industries in APJ, EMEA and Americas. Expertise in procurement solutions deployment on small and large software application projects.
Has 12 years of experience in ERP, System Integration, Supply Chain and Business Performance Improvement. Managed complex projects as a consultant and Project Manager. Built up the BOS India office from Scratch to over 50 people in 2010. Ms. Wu is a founder of Blue Ocean Systems. She has over 20 years of business and IT experience working for both large multinational firms and small consulting organizations. Her work experience has ranged from PC based database support to custom developed business applications, to SAP R/3 installations and the emerging SAP Business One for small and midsize businesses. In addition to IT work, Ms. Wu has experience as a business analyst with import and export trade analysis and consumer based marketing research which is applied to Blue Ocean Systems clients in understanding the requirement.
John C. O’Neill – Chief Operating Officer
Mr. O’Neill is a founder of Blue Ocean Systems. He has more than 35 years experience in designing, implementing & supporting information systems worldwide. He has been at the leading edge of innovations in providing consulting services, from the earliest off-shoring initiatives and introduction of value-driven IS/IT methodologies in the 1980’s to managing one of the first SAP Solution Centers in the US in the 1990’s and designing the new adaptive, responsive & lean structure that is the embodiment of Blue Ocean Systems.
