BLUE BERET O n 21st October, the Hungarian contingent and their guests gathered at Szent Istvan camp in Athienou to commemorate the anniversary of the 1956 Hungarian revolution. In attendance were Sector 4 Commander LT Col Rudolf Estok and other key personnel from the Sector. Sector 4 Second-in-Command and Commander of the Hungarian Contingent, Lt Col Lázár József, delivered a commemorative speech, giving a short historical background of the events of 1956. This was followed by remarks by the Hungarian Defence Minister, Dr. Simicskó István. Closing the ceremony, Col. József congratulated the Hungarian peacekeepers born in month of October.
