Do:•Make subject specific•Use proper spelling, grammar, & punctuation•Address recipient properly•Use complete sentences•Re-read before sending•Include appropriate signature

Don’t:•Abbreviate words•Use emotion icons :}•Use colors or fonts difficult to read•Include signature that reads like a billboard of your life•Discuss personal or confidential information•Send or forward emails containing defamatory, offensive, racist, or obscene remarks.
