Building Project Update
The Parish office has a limited number of Missals available for personal use. If you would like a Missal to bring with you to Mass, please contact the office (850-222-1321). We do ask for a small donation of $2 per missal to offset cost.
Missals Available for Personal Use
The building project will result in a unified, connected campus for our thriving parish. All of the buildings on the main campus will be in relative proximity to each other allowing for easy movement throughout the facilities. The second floor of the elementary building will connect to the family life center and to the upper part of the parish hall. With the addition of new multipurpose spaces, we will be able to hold simultaneous events on campus. Imagine a youth retreat in the family life center, ministry groups holding meetings in the parish hall spaces, and the scouts helping with Bag Sunday donations in the parish hall. And, raising the family life center provides for an additional 8,000 square feet of covered area that is extremely valuable for multiple uses, including parking on the weekends, morning assemblies for the school, parish picnics, and other events when it is raining.

Life Teen and EDGE
There's some significant changes to our Summer Schedule, so
please take note
Life Teen Suspending Virtual Events! For the rest of the
Summer, Life Teen will be taking a break from the virtual
Zoom events. This will mean no Sunday Life Night via Zoom,
or Zoom Lunch on Wednesdays. Our kids are in need of a
necessary break from screen time. Stay tuned for details on
returning to Sunday Life Nights in the Fall Semester.
In Person Small Groups Returns! While our virtual events are
canceled for the near future, our Thursday Small Groups Night
is back in person! There are Social Distancing Guidelines,
Registration, and Waiver Forms involved before
your teen may attend. All the information can be found
at https://www.bscyouth.com/life-teen-small-groups.html
Primary Ministry Contact Information! As most of you know,
this is my last week on staff at Blessed Sacrament. As our
parish searches for our next Youth Minister, Olga
Williams will be stepping in as the administrative lead for the
Youth Ministry. For any questions or concerns
about Life Teen, Confirmation, etc. please contact Olga
Final Thoughts:
Once again, I just want to thank every teen that trusted me
and let me journey with them these past 5 years. It has been
an utter joy.
I especially want to thank every parent who trusted me to
keep their child safe, and to be a part of their child's
spiritual development. It was an honor, and I will never
forget this Parish family that lifted me up in my young career!
Thanks again! I will be praying for all of you!
