When she seized the opportunity to join the next great billion dollar company she jumped in with both feet, making Zrii her “Plan A”. some months ago she took another plunge, moving to Medellin just so she could introduce Zrii to that city and build a new team of independent executives.

those who know blanca will tell you that this kind of dedication and devotion are woven deeply in the tapestry of her character. From her earliest days she cared about making a better life, not only for herself, but for all those around her.

born in Palmyra, Columbia, to a father who worked in the nearby Manuelita sugar Mill, she grew up in the unspoiled countryside. she recalls learning some of life’s most valuable lessons in those playful days of childhood: “My mother always taught us the tremendous value of the family, and my father taught me that as a woman i should always have enough money to fend for myself.”

being active in the scout movement taught her other lessons—surviving on her own, relating to all kinds of people, working as a team—and opened a new window on the world. “From my teachings as a scout my passion for the stars was born,” says blanca. “i decided to be an astrophysicist. but life took many turns and instead of studying pure physics, i ended up studying electronic engineering.”

After graduating she proved her adaptability and resourcefulness again. With no job offers, blanca started her own business with three friends who were also electronic engineers. As a business woman she suddenly had to play many roles, make new contacts, and discovered that “relationship capital” is a very valuable asset. Meeting more people allowed her to build friendships and trust, and those contacts grew into major accounts for her business.

thE tipping pOintHaving tasted small-scale business success, it excited blanca to hear about Zrii from 10-star norman Cornejo when he traveled to Cali. this was an opportunity to be part of a company spreading wellness and prosperity at the very moment it was opening in her country.

“i have always seen that Zrii is a great company and i wanted to hit it from the beginning of bill Farley’s vision of making it a billion dollar company,” recalls blanca. “Having already analyzed several companies in the industry allowed me to realize that Zrii has all the right variables at the right time and in the right place.”

she selected 10-star Juan Fernando Mendoza to enroll her because of his leadership and consistent results. Here was someone who could teach her how to make the most of the opportunity.

the two have grown close both personally and professionally.

it was with Juan Fernando that she moved from Cali to Medellin, bringing Zrii to new groups of people hungry for health and prosperity. He arrived as a 7-star, she a 6-star, and within five months he achieved 10-star and she is a 9-star with expectations of reaching 10-star by December 31st.

“From the moment i started to really believe that i was ready for the right people to come into my business, it was going to happen, i decided to believe it, and indeed this was the point that marked a before-and-after in my business,” explains blanca.

of course she didn’t just wish for it to happen. she worked the basics every day to generate steady growth. Consistency and perseverance proved essential. there were—and still are—daily challenges, but the key is to focus on the solutions so you can give people all the benefits Zrii has to offer.

one example of overcoming challenges was a Zrii pre-launch event in Columbia. blanca and Juan Fernando organized a delegation of over 200 people who traveled by bus from Cali to bogota. At best it would be a nine hour trip and incredible commitment, but an accident on the road delayed

them another seven hours. they arrived late, missing the entire morning session.

still it was worthwhile, she believes, because when they got there Zrii Ceo bill Farley asked to meet privately with the Cali team and that gesture made their trip worthwhile.

After such an experience it’s easy to see why she advises others to simply work the business and don’t worry. if you follow the action plan of seven steps to build your business you will get results: Prospect. Present. Close. engage. Define work rate. Meet stars. Duplication.

if you look at every prospect as a potential 10-star, you’ve got the right attitude, according to blanca. if a prospect doesn’t recognize the opportunity, don’t take it personally. Move on to the next prospect.

“Zrii Amalaki is the ace up our sleeve because people feel the benefits very fast,” she comments. “People primarily join because of the business opportunity, which is what i sell, but when they try the product it becomes a marriage because it really works.”

SEEing thE futuRE While blanca fully expects to achieve 10-star status this month, that’s really only a new beginning. Zrii gives her a platform to follow her dreams and make a difference in the world.

she wants to be Zrii’s first female international trainer and achieve financial freedom as she continues to be a positive influence on her family and everybody she meets. the possibilities seem endless. Among many dream vacations she is planning are trips to Machu Picchu, greece and italy.

AwAkEn TruE GIfTsin tHe sPirit oF tHe HoLiDAy seAson and it's rich tradition of storytelling, this month i’d like to share an archetypal tale about a monk and a thief. Many variations of this story exist in the eastern wisdom traditions, and according to this particular version, there once was a monk who was traveling by himself and teaching the dharma in the villages along his path. one day as he made his way through a forest, he came upon a large clearing and sat down beneath a tree to rest in the shade.

Just as the monk opened his sack to take out some food, a thief happened to pass by and noticed that the sack also contained an enormous diamond. the thief followed the monk for many hours, looking for an opportune moment. As dusk fell, the thief hid himself in the trees, waiting for the monk to come by so that he could pounce on him and steal the diamond. When the monk approached and the thief leaped out, the monk calmly asked him what he wanted. “the diamond you’re carrying in your bag,” the thief replied.

“you followed me all this way just for that?” the monk asked. “All right, please take it then,” he said, freely holding out the jewel.

this ancient tale is a beautiful illustration of giving, receiving, and true generosity. When, like the monk, we know that the source of happiness, energy, abundance, peace, and wellbeing doesn’t lie in anything outside of ourselves but is our essential nature, we can become generous of spirit. We realize that giving and receiving are different forms of the same energy, and our spirit overflows.

Q: How Many acHiEvE SHakES SHould i conSuME a day?

the answer to this question will depend on a person’s desired effects from using ACHieve.
