Analysis: Learner AnalysisCharacteristics: students who have never taken online courses in

the Blackboard CMS students are seeking a refresher in the Blackboard

interface. age from 17-60+ years of age. working adults with full-time careers. highly computer-literate, or know very little of the

basics of computer use, including word processing and file management.

Implementation I will be implementing this instruction for

Summer 2006 semester. If I needed to pass this on to another

instructor, it would need to be someone who has a strong working knowledge of Blackboard and related softwares.
