Event Guidelines
All Participants
Should upload an Exhibitor profile to the Black Gifted Network by 18th, October, 2018 (Click here)
Vehicle access is permitted for loading and unloading Only
Vendors must be on site to setup by 08:00 vehicle access will be very restricted after 09:00
Free weekend parking is available in the surrounding residential streets
The Oval Underground Station is immediately opposite the venue
All rubbish must be disposed of at the end of the event by Stall Holders and Participants.
Any participant found breaking the event or venue rules will be requested to vacate the premises and will forfeit ALL fees paid
Food Vendors
Must Provide proof of the following by 18th, October, 2018:
Public Liability Insurance for a minimum of £5,000,000;
Food Safety training certificates - all food handling personnel must have basic food hygiene as a minimum;
Personal Licences enabling them to serve alcohol if applicable (Main Conference caterer only)
Company registration documents; - HACCP or food safety management system
List of equipment they will be using - Chemical inventory (if using own chemicals) - COSHH folder (if using own chemicals)
Expo Vendors must bring their own catering equipment but may have limited shared access to a Kitchen
Conference vendor(s) will have a dedicated kitchen area

Stall Holders
Stall holders are advised to bring their own stalls, tables, chairs & banners where applicable. However some
provision for tables and chairs may be provided upon request and subject to availability on a FCFS basis.
To comply with licensing regulations no alcohol is permitted to be sold on the premises unless otherwise advised
Sponsors / Exhibitors
Sponsors/Exhibitors are responsible to bring and erecting their own display banners unless otherwise agreed
Presenters
Any electronic presentation material needs to be approved by 18th, October, 2018
Electronic presentations should be in PC format using MS PowerPoint, or Google Presentations
Presentations duration will be agreed in due course
Presenters need to report to the Event coordinator upon arrival and be situated in the presentation suite at least
30Mins before they are due to present.
Standard AV equipment can be provided. DJ’s bring electrical equipment must ensure they have a recent pat testing
certificate.
Artists
Artists should bring their own display equipment for their images or artwork

We have the option to have the Expo on Friday and both Expo & Conference on Sunday subject to ticket demand.
We have the option to have an Executive Networking Session Saturday & Sunday evening 6-9pm subject to demand
