BLACK FOREST CAKE WITHOUT OVEN 1. Beat 3 eggs 2. Add 1 cup of powdered sugar and beat 3. 1 ½ cup maida and 1 coco 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda. You need to sew it and mix well and then add the egg solution. Add 1 cup milk, add ¾ cup of oil and mix 4. Keep the cooker to preheat by keeping a layer of salt and then keeping the cooker plate and preheat for 5 min in high flame. 5. Then in cooker vessel keep the butter paper ,grease it well with butter and then add the cake batter and pat in twice evenly so that air bubbles go out. 6. Then place in the cooker and place cooker top, it should not have whistle and gasket. This will take 45 min. Once done leave it in the cooker for 10 min to cool 7. Use thin cherry syrup, add icing sugar and keep on flame 8. heavy viping cream( according to the directions) 9. Cut the cake into two parts and then on the first part apply the 7, part later apply viping cream, keep cherries and again keep the next part on it and do the same procedure as done for the first part. And garnish with chocolate flakes
