All clients must wear a mask to enter the facility. Please know that thismask will likely get wet as well as get color on it so keep thefashionable one at home for this visit. If you do not come with a maskone will be provided for you at a charge. Bring only essential personal items with you. We are unable to provide client robes for the time being.

As you know in the past there has been plenty of room for friends andespecially your furry friends we love so much, however for the timebeing, no one will be permitted to enter without an appointment dueto occupancy constraints.

Refrain from visiting the salon and spa if you are under an isolation orquarantine order/directive, or if you or a household member has afever, COVID-19 symptoms, or a communicable/high-risk illness. Upon arriving to our salon for your appointment, we ask that you giveus a call to let us know that you have arrived. We will notify you whenyour service provider is ready for your appointment, at which time wewill welcome you to enter. Upon entering you will be asked to certify your wellness and asked tosanitize your hands.

Unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with a beverage ofany kind for the time being. If you must have something you maybring your own. We politely discourage bringing food or beveragesunless absolutely necessary. You will have your mask on for theentirety of your appointment so consuming anything will pose achallenge.

As licensed professionals, this has always been a part of our training.However, now it will be more robust. We will be sanitizing our doorhandles and bathrooms with higher frequency. The styling stationswill have a full sanitation protocol between clients to include thechair, desk and surroundings including all tools and implements.This new process adds time to our appointments and we ask forgrace during this period. 

In order to provide the best service for you and all other guests weask that you be even more diligent with timeliness than in the past.With our new protocols, running late will not be a viable option forthe service providers. Please understand that clients that arrivemore than 15 minutes late will be forfeiting service and will incur acharge. Cancellations for any reason, within 48 hours of the servicewill result in a full service charge. Our staff will be working at suchreduced capacity we have to honor the time with this policy.

WHAT TO EXPECTBeverages--

Safety and sanitation--

Service Providers--Your service provider will look a bit different than usual. There will besome combination of the following, masks, smocks, gloves, face shieldsdepending on the service being given. Just know we are smiling at youfrom beneath all our protective gear. We will wish we could give you ahug or a handshake, however we must adhere to the Governorsguidelines which prohibit such actions. Hair services TEMPORARILY WILL NOT INCLUDE BLOWDRYS. Alongwith our reduced client capacity and three months of appointmentsto back fill, eliminating blowdrys will allow us to fulfill the services sodesperately needed as well as implement our new safety protocols.Instead, we will apply a complimentary conditioning hair mask for youto wear home. We look forward to adding blowdrys back to ourservice menu in the near future.Base price for all color services allocate for a 50 gram mixture. Eachgram over 50 will be charged at $1 per gram.  Spa services will be limited for the time being. Upper face waxing andtinting as well as body waxing will be accepted, however facials willbe temporarily suspended.

We are so excited to offer you some new exciting retail options! Tohelp keep you and others safe please let us help you gather yourproducts. We will wrap the products beautifully for you and can evenhave this ready before you arrive for your appointment. Please justemail us your order ahead of time so you can enjoy an expeditedcheckout. Until further notice we will not be accepting returns on retailproducts.

RL isnot an expert in the risk analysis of COVID-19, however, we arefollowing the Governors guidelines for reopening in WA and willupdate protocols as needed to continue to provide for your safetywhile you visit our salon and spa.
