  4. 4. What is this levy fee? Additional $10.00 will be added to tuitionfees Funding will be allocated to the Businessand I.T. Society, thereafter funds will bedistributed to subsidiary organizations &events under the BIT SOC banner See Excel file in Levy fee folder
  5. 5. The need for the levy fee? Past& current financial difficulty Growth of the society and its affiliatedgroups Subsidy for external events Higher Quality of events
  6. 6. Benefits to levy fee Active students gain academic & workrelated experiences Higherquality & quantity of events to FBITstudent body Catchup to other universities Positive PR for UOIT and FBIT
