AB Abstract: Intravenous ribavirin was given to nine patients who had developed severe adenovirus-induced hemorrhagic cystitis (AD-HC) which was resistant to conventional therapy or where there was involvement of other organs after allogeneic BMT. Three patients recovered completely from AD-HC, two of whom had been resistant to vidarabine. All three had received sibling BMTs (2 HLA matched, 1 HLA mismatched)………..

Boolean Logical Search
and
or
not
Location Search
SAME
It connected words appear in the same sentence or a keyword phrases.
Only use SAME in Address searches. When used in other fields (such as Topic), SAME works exactly like AND.
Location Search
eg. Finds records in which the address names Division of Botany and Zoology appear in the same sentence as the address name Australian National University.
AD=(Div* of Botany AND Zoology SAME Australian Nat*)
Location Search
Boolean and Location Search Priority
( ) > SAME > NOT > AND > OR
Truncation Search
*- any number term
eg. Disease*, can search Disease, Diseases, Diseased
eg. Gene*, can search Gene, Genes, General, Generation
Truncation Search
?- one term
eg. Car?, can search Cars, Care
Truncation Search
$- 0 or 1 term
eg. Cell$ can search Cell, Cells, Cello
