Christian Stephan - Co-founder and Partner Christian brings an experience of almost 40 years of consulting, both to SMEs and multinational companies in the areas of strategy, finance and operations. He worked in Europe, the United States and Latin A. (Brazil in particular). He was a partner with Deloitte for 20 years in France, Spain (Managing Partner) and in Canada. In Canada, he was the partner responsible for Financial Management (3 years) of Consumer Business for Canada (2 years) and Business to Consumer America Latin (2 years). He has extensive experience in redesigning organizations and processes, in particular financial, marketing and sales, in the transformation of business and systems implementation. His experience includes industrial sectors of consumption goods, agribusiness, the retail and distribution, telecoms, banks and insurance firms as well as small and medium enterprises in various branches. Ricardo de Carvalho Destro. – Senior Associate Entrepreneur and IT Executive with more than 15 years of expertise to follow technological trends inline with the company strategy to improve internal processes and create new solutions and products. As operation head, he led initiatives to improve the decision-making process, integrating the commercial intelligence with KPI of development and operations. Tarasuk – Partner TGPw - Hub Curitiba Executive with extensive experience in the industrial value chain, covering areas such as Purchasing and Supply, Production, Storage, Distribution and Logistics, Engineering and Quality. Combines broad technical background with multidisciplinary team leadership. Jorge built his career in national and multinational companies, such as Pepsico, where he was Senior VP of Operations at PepsiCo Latin America and Managing Director at La Violetera in Curitiba. He is currently a consultant and member of a Board of Directors.

Luciano Camargo - Senior Associate   Executive with extensive experience in the financial market as Executive Director of Brokerage linked to foreign banks, advising corporate and institutional clients in the capital market. During his career, he led the establishment of units of equity investment from foreign banks in Brazil, building, and leading teams dedicated to analyzing, trading and distributing stocks in the Brazilian and International markets. Moises Berland - Senior Associate   Executive with broad experience in the related supply chain processes: demand planning, distribution, transportation, foreign trade, sourcing, negotiation and competition. He had a successful career at Philips for 35 years, where he held various executive positions in Brazil and the Netherlands. Oswaldo Gola - Senior Associate  Executive with extensive experience in General Management, Strategy and Marketing, obtained in large companies in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and other Latin American markets, in the Healthcare Products industry, particularly, pharmaceutical products.
