Holding a certification in the industry gold standard Korn/Ferry (Lominger) 67 Competencies/Leadership Architect has allowed Carol to create a highly lauded first generation performance management program among 3 merger partners. Carol made the review process so simple, a manager merely had to check off a few boxes on a form. This simple form gave the employee specific and directed feedback for their performance improvement. She is an active member with the Wilton Manors Historical Society.
