question Press and information officer Mesopotamia Broadcast A / S, since 1
March 2011 Education: Flexible diploma from the Danish School of Media and
Journalism (DMJX), 2009 Books published: "The artist, Kurd and Love."
My life took a turn of consciousness when I first lived in poverty, oppression
and freedom fighting up close. Together with my then Danish-Kurdish man, we
visited his family in South of Kurdistan, Iraq in 2003, the same year as Saddam
fell. I wrote a book about my experiences and my husband's life as a political
refugee and as an artist in Denmark: “The artist, Kurd and Love”. It was the
beginning of my long and continued relationship with Kurds, Kurdistan, freedom
struggle, freedom and fundamental human rights. My engine to continue to
work for Kurds freedom and right to identity is simply the feeling of injustice. I
am outraged at the lack of similarity, the persecution, harassment, assaults and
killings of Kurds. And I will not stand rulers manipulation and violation of all
human reason and rights. I have worked voluntarily for a few years in the NGO
Kurdish Forum and Kurdish Danish Centre for Human Rights. Previously I have
worked with art and cultural journalistic and performer.’
