Mr. Torres Llompart was Vice Chair of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (2005-2006), Chair of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce (2000- 2001), Chair of the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants (1996- 1997), Member of the Puerto Rico Board of Accountancy (1999-2000), Delegate of the White House Conference on Small Business Administration (SBA) (1998- 2001), and former part time professor at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
