end-user experience. TradeSmarter Holdings has, to date, deployed our TradeSmarter platform for 8 White

Labels supporting 11 languages. These White-Labeling implementations were performed with success,

within short time frames, using our proprietary methodology for rapid and stable deployments through an

architecture that was pre-conceived for White Labeling, based on parameterization and settings, which

allows new White Labels to be set up and ready for initial staging and testing within hours.

Our development team has been hard at work from inception creating staging environments and applicative

rapid deployment solutions that facilitate the White Labeling process with functionalities of roll-back and one-

click deployment. At this advanced point we have amassed the experience and capability of going through

design, back-end integration, staging, QA and rapid deployment, within a matter of days.

The Binary Options platform is completely web-based free of any download that can be

accessed from any computer with an internet connection and at anytime so long as the

market in the underlying asset is open.

The system is based on the n-tier architecture model, where each tier has a load balancer in

its front, and was designed to scale out horizontally, which means that any increase in load

can be reduced by adding new nodes to the system. Lower tiers are service providers to

upper tiers, and reside on different machines (they can even reside on different networks),

therefore layers can scale independently.

The database was also designed to scale horizontally, by adding replications and shards.

Independent database sub-systems can use different instances and reside on different

machines.

We are using the Amazon cloud as our production environment, therefore, vertical scaling is

simply done by adding more resources to the system, and this is done by using the

Amazon API with zero downtime.

As soon as we receive specifications for a new White Label that falls under the current structure,

we are capable of reaching end-to-end deployment within 2-3 weeks. For any further customization

requirements we would evaluate an estimation of time.

The system is continually under development with new releases providing more advanced features to all

Web based: We currently offer a full web-based trading platform that is compatible with Google Chrome,

Safari, FireFox and all versions of Internet Explorer.

All market types worldwide are pre-configured on the system, including:

• UK, US, France and Australian stocks.

• Major global indices.

The client internet front-end can be delivered entirely in multiple languages. The system also supports

multiple currencies and FX rates are automatically updated.

iPhone and Android applications: We are currently in the development of iPhone and Android applications,

based on our API, that we believe will be ready in the next few months.

API: We are the only Binary Options provider on the market offering a full-featured API. Our API allows full

integration of our solution to existing platforms (wallet integration, registration…).

Upcoming products: The White Labeling system will be able to support both IBs and affiliates with full

reporting and statistics. A customized SugarCRM solution is being deployed this month. Additional traded

products such as longer-dated options, Barrier Options and One-Touch options are being prepared for

production as we speak.
