are the 13 basic Information Attitude guidelines:– 1. Keep a single version of the truth– 2. At least, keep multiple versions consistent– 3. If you cannot maintain it, don’t build/publish it– 4. Give users control over their data– 5. Think about the receiver– 6. Separate the know from the show– 7. Separate the know from the flow– 8. Capture once and at the source– 9. Maintain data quality– 10. Integrate– 11. Work smarter, not harder– 12. Manage documents and data– 13. Keep it simple, stupid
