BiMBA Career Development Department (CDD) conducted a survey of placement in the
Full-Time MBA 2009 Class in March 2011.
Placement Rate 1
Three months upon graduation, 94% of the graduates from Full-Time MBA 2009 Class were
employed. The current placement status is shown below:

Industry
Nearly 70% of the MBA graduates joined the industries of finance & investment, pharmaceutical &
healthcare, manufacturing & processing, consumable goods and consulting. Financial services
sector is the most popular choice of the MBAs.
Function
More than half of the graduates chose marketing & sales, finance & accounting and business
development as their functions.
Position
More than half of the graduates joined the first companies after MBA as mid-level management,
such as managers and directors.

II. Class Profile
There were 56 students, including 18 international students, graduated from BiMBA Full-Time MBA 2009
Class by December 2010.
Notes:
1) The placement rate excludes the data of the graduates who have no intention to seek employment due to the personal
reasons such as further education, family move and etc. The employed includes the graduates who are running family
businesses or start-ups.
2) The annual compensations include base salary (before-tax), guaranteed bonus, and other guaranteed benefits such as
allowance, housing fund, pension and etc.
3) The job source refers to the full-time employment offers actually taken by the graduates.
4) The MNCs or JVs include the employers located both in mainland China and overseas.
