Brief: To launch Colour Run in the Scandinavian Markets (DK, NO, SE, FI) and manage promotion, advertising, ticket sales and sponsorships for 20 runs in the major cities.

Idea: To leverage Billetto’s local teams in setting up media and brand partnerships, coordinating digital and physical activations including competitions, ballots, promo events and tv/radio spots to reach audiences and sell tickets.

Result: Successful launch in 5 markets resulting in +60.000 tickets sold and 5 extra runs in 2014/2015. Large media partnership with Danish, Swedish and Norwegian tv/radio/web publishers & bloggers. 30% of tickets shifted through unique early bird promotions.

Brief: To position Red Bull as a music brand and work with Live Nation to organise the largest secret gig in Red Bull’s history.

Idea: To create PR for Mando Diao’s new album they launched a PR plan including sending fans all over the world to unlock info/tickets to a secret gig.

Result: The campaign reached 2.3m in social and 8k fans took part in the missions. 30% shared the experience on the official hashtag. Total media reach of 10.6m.

Brief: To provide a one-stop ticketing solution for Unity Works – a newly refurbished, historically significant UK venue – from advance ticketing to sales and ticket scanning on the door.

Idea: Provide hands-on training to local staff on use of the Billetto for self-management of advance sales and event creation. Outfit the venue with scanning and door sales app installations to allow physical sales and access management on site at all times.

Result: Successfully implemented a fully independent ticketing solution managing multiple events per week and catering to footfall in the thousands.
