drawings and / or described in the Specifications and the Contractor shall allow for complying with the

same and for any cost incurred in connection therewith. The amount inserted by the contractor in this

under this Contract.

A INSURANCE COVERAGE

To provide insurance coverage for Workmen Compensation, Contractor's All Risk including Third Party

Liability, which covers the necessary requirements including the building work, in accordance with the

standard provision in the said policy and also insurance for Contractor's equipment. 1.00 LOT

B SAFETY REGULATIONS

The Contractor shall initiate and enforce compliance of all safety measures for workmen and public.

Providing adequate signage to enforce the above.

To provide and erect in approved position on or off the site, temporary stores and comply with

F CLEARING / CLEANING DURING & UPON COMPLETION

1 Remove all debris, rubbish and superfluous material from the site both as it accumulates from time to

time and at completion irrespective of their sources or origins.
