Authentinc leaders have deep sense of purpose for their leadership and are true to their core values.

They are people with the highest integrity who are committed to building enduring organisation.

Authentic leaders see themselves as the stewards of the assets they inherit and servants of all their stakeholders.

They lead with their hearts, not just their heads, yet they have the self discipline to produce strong results.

More often we idolize the wrong leaders, associating image with leadership and confusing stock price with corporate values.

According to him business leaders must communicate the mission and the values of the organisation everyday and decisions they make must be consistent with these values.

Employees learn from the behaviour of their leader, how they treat people and how the leader commnicate with the people.
