Project Experience:

Dubai Festival City LLC, UAE, 2013 Dubai Festival city is being redesigned to create a new facility. There are two parts, one is an existing mall and another is a residential tower. We are prepared as‐built models of the existing mall and LOD 300 model and schematic drawing for the upcoming residential tower in pinnacle. The total area of this project is 5,00,000 sqm. Currently I have working on this project as a Revit Assistance in HOK Dubai hired from Pinnacle by HOK. We created another new repositioning model as per new design and we created shop drawings for GA, Leasing plans, Ceiling plans, etc by using as built model and new model.   Role & Responsibility:   

Preparation of 3D Model using Revit Architecture. 

Coordination between architectural & structural model. 

Created clarification of mismatch between architecture and structural drawing. 

Created demolition plans.  

Creating shop drawings for construction documents. 

Creating schedule for doors, walls, area schedule for all levels. 

Creating 3D view for site presentation and coordination between our architecture and structure model if there any clashing or mismatch found. 

Creating Lease Plans, GA, RCP, LOD, detail sections and elevations.  

Julphar Pharmaceutical Plant, Saudi Arabia, 2014 Helping design consultants to create Tender drawings. Initial scope was creating a LOD 500 model from design drawing inputs received. During the initial modeling all design coordination issues were resolved. Subsequently we moved to create shop drawing son the project. Total area of this project is 1,90,000 sq ft.   Role & Responsibility: 

Preparation of 3D Model using Revit Architecture & Structure. 

Coordination, Shop drawing creation. 

Creating Bar Bending Schedule of Beam, Slab, Column, Wall, Stair etc using Revit Structure & Autocad Structural Detailing. 

  Msheireb Downtown Phase  3, Qatar, 2013 

A mixed use project which is currently being constructed. Created LOD 400 model of the residential tower. Total area of this project is 4,00,000 sq m.   Role & Responsibility:      

Preparation of 3D Model using Revit Architecture. 

Construction documents (C.D. Set) creation. 

Creating RFI of the missing elements of architecture drawings.  

Citywalk on Euclid, City of louis, Missour, 2013 Initial scope was creating LOD 300 model from design drawing inputs received. During the initial modeling all design coordination issues were resolved. Total area of this project is 15,500 sq m.   Role & Responsibility:

General: 1. Madhyamik Examination with 81.5% in 2007 from Mansuka L.N. High School.

2. Higher Secondary Examination with 68.80% in 2009 from Mansuka L.N. High School.

Technical:      Diploma in Civil Engineering with 77.7% in 2012 from Contai Polytechnic(Govt.).
